目标: In recent years we have tried to be less invasive, the use of new technologies such as laser are an important tool in the treatment of urinary incontinence, genitourinary syndrome of menopause and recently in pelvic organ prolapse 介绍: Pelvic organ prolapse is the lowering of organs such as the uterus, bladder, or rectum into the vaginal canal. It can be treated with vaginal laser for mild to moderate cases of prolapse. The laser works by stimulating collagen production, strengthening and tightening the pelvic floor tissues to reposition the organs and improve vaginal elasticity. It is a noninvasive, outpatient, and effective treatment for improving vaginal function and reducing prolapse. Factors associated with prolapse include vaginal birth, macrosomic babies, the use of forceps, and collagen abnormalities, and more. 材料 / 方法: Cases of patients with different types of genital prolapse and their management with laser are presented. 结果: The favorable result of using laser in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse is shown. 总结: The use of laser promises to be a new non-invasive tool for patients at high risk for surgery and that gives good results.
