Objectives: In this lecture all parameters those should be considered in augmentation mastopexy procedure are discussed. A safe technique with predictable results are described. Introduction: Augmentation mastopexy is the most problematic procedure in aesthetic breast surgery with high complication and reoperation rates. All surgical parameters are discussed: 1. İmplant selection 2. Tissue plane for the implants. 3. galndular resection pattern. 4. Determination of the new position of the IMF. 5. New position of NAC 6. Pedicle design 7. Skin resection and final scar pattern. Materials / method: Different patients with different pathologies are presented. Surgical details are discussed with videos. Results: Short and long temr results are discussed. Conclusion: New breast shape is designed according to future upper breast border. NAC position is based on upper breast border. Lower pole length and nes position of IMF is determined at the end of the surgery according to NAC position. All skin and glandular resections are done after placing the implant into a correct position.
