Objectives: The issue of hair loss is a matter of great concern . Conditions- androgenetic alopecia ,telogen effluvium are rising and people are open to non invasive or minimally invasive solutions . Alopecia is due to multiple causes like hormonal , nutitional deficiencIes, lifestyle and stress induced . Regenerative modalities like peptides ,GFC, PRP , ACP,autologous stem cell transplant , exosomes and low level laser therapy deliver promising results and help in arresting hair fall and improve hair density and quality. Here we analyse how we combine them for optimal results. Introduction: In initial stages of hair loss and thinning or Alopecia -non invasive or minimally invasive modalitie can deliver satisfactory results thereby improving aesthetic appearance and also providing an option to delay possible hair transplant . These modalities are also being used post hair transplant to enhance the results of the surgery.These modalities when used in combination provide optimal outcome. Materials / method: We at ALIVE WELLNESS CLINICS in New Delhi India provide both nonsurgical and Surgical options for hair thinning/ loss.. Our focus is to treat with regenerative modalities that use polypeptides , antioxidants , growth factors , exosomes , Low level lasers therapy. The crux lies in combining therapies as per patient condition , availabity and budget We have seen good results in most mild -moderte telogen effluvium and androgenetic alopecia starting with 3 ss of growth factors therapy , 3 ss of exosome treatment or 3 ss of ACP, with or without Regenera( stem cell micrografting) Results: .Mostmild to mod patients of alopecia or hair loss/ thinning see visible results in their 3 rd month or post 3 sessions. Additional treatment with regenerative modalities is required for further imrovement Conclusion: There is a large section of people suffering from hair thinning and hair loss starting early on in their 20s 30s 40s . Plus there are a large number of people who are candidates for hair transplant but are not open to surgical options . Regenerative hair restoration modalities provide definitive and satisfactory soluttions to this section of individuals . Maintenance therapy is required to maintain the results.
