目标: This case series aims to assess the safety and efficacy of PRP-based natural dermal filler for facial and neck rejuvenation. 介绍: The use of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) as a means to promote healing process of soft tissue is well documented. PRP also possessed growth-promoting properties that could be used to accelerate the repair of aged tissue. However, traditional PRP treatment included repeated treatment sessions and not always satisfactory results when volume restoration is needed. In recent years there is an ongoing demand for more natural looking treatment results along with the understanding the importance of a regenerative process as opposed for only volumizing treatments by gel based dermal fillers 材料 / 方法: Fifteen patients received PRP-based natural filler (Cellenis DermaFiller) as a monotherapy for facial and neck skin rejuvenation. The PRP was prepared using the FDA approved Cellenis system, to isolate a specifically anabolic PRP formulation , while the highly cell depleted PPP fraction was heat-treated to form a protein mesh that was mixed with the PRP. The mixture was injected subcutaneously using a cannula. Patients were subjectively evaluated for side effects and skin quality improvement through before-and--after photographs.Follow-up assessments were conducted three months post-treatment 结果: After one treatment session, all fifteen patients demonstrated noticeable improvements in skin texture, firmness, and overall appearance. At the three-month follow-up, 91% of patients expressed high satisfaction with the results, reporting visibly enhanced skin quality, significantly better appearance and volumization effects. Adverse effects were mild and included slight edema and bruising and tenderness. No severe complications were observed during the follow-up period. 总结: PRP-based natural Dermal filler treatment offers a safe and effective procedure non-surgical facial and neck rejuvenation through regenerative mechanisms. The findings indicate that the proprietary combination of anabolic PRP and heat-modified PPP provides a safe and effective aesthetic outcome, as observed in this case series study. This treatment has shown to be safe treatment option in enhancing skin quality and appearance. Further research involving larger patient cohorts and objective assessment is necessary to confirm these results.
