Liquid PCL: The Ultimate Injectable Collagen Biostimulator for Face & Neck – My Proven Approach & Protocol for Outstanding Results with Zero Downtime
Objectives: Learning Outcomes
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
Explain the science and patient selection — Understand liquid PCL’s mechanism of action as a collagen biostimulator and identify suitable candidates for treatment.
Apply proven protocols — Describe evidence-based injection techniques, dosages, and scheduling for safe, reproducible results in face and neck rejuvenation.
Evaluate outcomes and safety — Assess clinical improvements while ensuring patient satisfaction, safety, and minimal downtime.
Introduction: The demand for non-surgical rejuvenation continues to rise, with patients seeking natural, long-lasting results without downtime. Liquid polycaprolactone (PCL) has emerged as a groundbreaking collagen biostimulator, offering a safe, effective, and regenerative approach to facial and neck rejuvenation. Unlike traditional fillers, liquid PCL works by stimulating neocollagenesis, restoring skin quality, elasticity, and firmness over time. In this presentation, I will share my proven approach, treatment protocols, and clinical outcomes that demonstrate how liquid PCL delivers outstanding results
Materials / method: This retrospective case series evaluated liquid polycaprolactone (PCL) for cervical rejuvenation. Patients aged 40–77 years (both sexes, including those with prior surgical rejuvenation) received pure 21% liquid PCL without CMC. Injections (1–2 mL/session) were placed in the superficial to mid-dermis using linear threading or microbolus techniques, with 1–2 sessions 4–6 weeks apart and 6-monthly maintenance. Outcomes included skin texture, elasticity, rhytide reduction, satisfaction, and adverse events, documented by standardized photography.
Results: All patients (aged 40–77 years; both sexes, including prior surgical neck lifts) showed improvement in facial & cervical skin texture, elasticity, and rhytides. Changes appeared within 2–6 weeks, with peak results at 4 weeks. Treatments were well tolerated, with transient erythema (10%), edema (30%), and bruising (3%). No delayed-onset nodules, granulomas, or serious adverse events occurred. Improvements were consistent across age, sex, & surgical history, & patient satisfaction was high, demonstrating that liquid PCL provides safe, natural, & reproducible rejuvenation with minimal downtime.
Conclusion: Liquid polycaprolactone (PCL) represents a revolutionary leap in non-surgical cervical rejuvenation. With its unique collagen-stimulating properties, it delivers natural, long-lasting, and visible improvements in skin texture, elasticity, and rhytides—without downtime or significant risk. Across all ages, sexes, and even in patients with prior surgical neck lifts, liquid PCL consistently produces safe, reproducible, and transformative results. This innovative approach not only elevates patient satisfaction but redefines what is possible in regenerative aesthetic medicine, establishing liquid P
