Advances in technique, anatomical knowledge, and fat grafting protocols have been key to reducing complications and improving outcomes. This presentation outlines a comprehensive, safety-driven approach to autologous fat grafting for gluteal enhancement based on refined technique and long-term clinical experience.
Materials / method: A retrospective analysis was conducted on patients undergoing autologous gluteal fat grafting using exclusively subcutaneous injection techniques. Fat was harvested via low-pressure liposuction, purified through mechanical processing, and reinjected with controlled cannula placement and directional flow.
