目标: To understand safety and efficacy of 2910 nm fiber laser with cureject in the treatment of acne scar and regeneration effect when topical biomaterial is combined. 介绍: Fractional laser has became golden standard for trading acne scar . However, extensive thermal effect may lead to severe complication. A revolutionary 2910 nm fiber laser induces optimal ablative channel with our too much coagulation. Regenerative remodeling may occur when optimal topical biomaterial is applied. 材料 / 方法: 12 patients with acne scar were recruit in the study. Acne scars were treated with 2910 nm laser for peeling & ablation and cureject for submission with simultaneous delivery of collagen stimulator or fillers injection. OCT was performed for 3 lesions to demonstrate epidermal injury from cureject . And 结果: All patients with acne scar had at least 50 % improvement at 3 months follow-up in one session.. No significant adverse effect was noted at 3 months f/u. 总结: 2910 nm fiber laser in combination with cureject is safe and effective in the treatment of acne. scar, especially. for shallow ice pick , and box car type.
