Harmony skin: a dual facial and vulvar regenerative technique using calcium hydroxyapatite and hybrid hyaluronic acids
Objectives: To evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety, and patient-reported outcomes of the HarmonySkin dual protocol (facial + vulvar) in improving skin quality, hydration, elasticity, and functional comfort.
Introduction: HarmonySkin is an original dual-protocol regenerative technique designed for global facial rejuvenation and vulvar dermal restoration, combining calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA), hybrid non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid (NHA Infini), and soft biostimulatory HA (Hydroxifill). The technique activates fibroblasts, stimulates neocollagenesis, and improves extracellular matrix integrity, offering visible improvements in texture, elasticity, hydration, and tissue quality. Its versatility makes it suitable for both cosmetic patients and women with genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) or post-oncologi
Materials / method: A prospective pilot study was performed on 20 women aged 30–68, divided into two treatment indications: 10 for facial regeneration and 10 for vulvar dermal restoration. The technique includes CaHA for ECM stimulation and structural support, NHA Infini for deep hydration, and Hydroxifill for superficial dermal enhancement in both regions. Baseline, 30-, 60-, and 90-day evaluations were completed, including GAIS, Vulvar Quality Index (VQI), dermal ultrasound, and patient satisfaction scoring.
Results: Facial results: 92% showed significant improvements in texture, glow, and elasticity by day 30; dermal thickness increased 20–35% by day 90. GAIS scores rated 95% as 'Very improved' or 'Excellent'.
Vulvar results: VQI improved 48–65%, with visible enhancement in hydration, comfort, and elasticity. Labia majora volume and tissue turgor improved in all patients, with GSM symptoms notably reduced. No major complications were reported.
Conclusion: HarmonySkin is a safe, innovative, and reproducible dual technique for regenerative facial and vulvar treatment. Its multilayer combination of CaHA + hybrid HA + soft HA provides synergistic ECM remodeling and fibroblast activation, making it a valuable protocol for aesthetic enhancement, functional improvement, and quality-of-life benefits
