Objectives: This presentation is aimed at cosmetology specialists. Its purpose is to introduce listeners to new possibilities in combination therapy for involutional changes in the soft tissues of the dorsal hand. Introduction: Aging of the back of the hand consists of a combination of layered changes affecting the skin, subcutaneous fat tissue and deep fat pads. Materials / method: Skin laxity, extensor tendon contouring, loss of subcutaneous fat, and visualization of non-emptying veins on the dorsum of the hand are the main age-related symptoms. Based on patient complaints and common symptoms, we have developed a protocol for correcting age-related changes on the dorsum of the hand using MFU and CaHA in a single session. This allows for the most pronounced tissue response and excellent aesthetic results. Results: Firm and elastic skin after the combined MFU+CaHA protocol. Single treatment. No pain or downtime. The result: a satisfied patient. Conclusion: Our patients' complaints have long gone beyond dissatisfaction with their facial appearance alone. The neck, décolleté, and, of course, the back of the hand are also external attributes of youth and well-groomed appearance. Modern cosmetology today offers a wide range of treatment options for involutional changes in the back of the hand.
