Microneedling RF in the correction of microvascular dysfunction and skin reactivity
目标: To evaluate the potential of fractional RF microneedling in the correction of microcirculatory dysfunction, vascular reactivity, and tissue remodeling in vascular-associated skin conditions
介绍: Microcirculatory dysfunction, impaired angiogenesis, and altered vascular reactivity play a key role in vascular-associated skin changes, including persistent erythema, chronic inflammation, and delayed tissue repair. Endothelial dysfunction and impaired vascular homeostasis require targeted regenerative approaches aimed at restoring dermal microvascular balance
材料 / 方法: A literature review and clinical-pathophysiological assessment of fractional RF microneedling were performed. The effects of controlled dermal thermomodulation on the microvascular network, vascular coagulation, inflammatory signaling, and tissue remodeling processes were analyzed.
Results:
结果: Fractional RF microneedling creates controlled thermal injury zones within the dermis, stimulating neocollagenesis, vascular remodeling, and regenerative signaling pathways. Temperatures of 55–65°C induce collagen denaturation and fibroblast activation, while higher thermal exposure contributes to coagulation of pathologically altered vessels. Clinical improvement in erythema and vascular reactivity was observedj
总结: Fractional RF microneedling may improve vascular-associated skin changes through controlled dermal thermomodulation, vascular remodeling, and activation of regenerative tissue repair mechanisms. The technology demonstrates potential as a regenerative approach for improving skin microcirculation and tissue quality
