Necrosis as a complication in aesthetic medicine: how to improve the outcome?

However, there are already data on the usefulness of lasers in order to optimize the outcome of the resulting complication and reduce the recovery time.
材料 / 方法: The article presents its own practical experience of using Er:YAG lasers in the treatment of necrosis in 36 patients after plastic surgery or filler injections.
结果: In all patients, the use of laser treatment improved the outcome of the complication and reduced the psychological impact of the complication on the patient.
总结: Complication management algorithms is a constantly evolving area that requires constant updating. The usage of Er:YAG laser in combination with medical and surgical treatment shows better outcomes and shortens the rehabilitation period. The accumulation of experience is necessary.
