Objectives: Explain the difference between exosomes and hybrosomes
Introduce new concepts of hybrosomes and autogenous exosomes
Introduction: New concepts in regenerative medicine are evolving at a rapid rate. The most important aspect of this emerging field is to provide data as different sources of exosomes produce vastly different products and almost none of them have provided strong data as to both their efficacy and relative benefits (ie some products are definitely better than others). Herein, we describe two new concepts that improve both efficacy and ease of delivery: hybrasomes and autogenous exosomes.
Materials / method: Data from large clinical studies will be reported for hybrosomes and preliminary clinical data as well as scientific foundations will be presented for autogenous exosomes.
Results: Hybrosomes are much more powerful in terms of wound healing, reducing inflammation and regenerating tissue than exosomes alone.
Autogenous exosomes demonstrate unique benefits in composition, ease of use and regenerative capacity both in laboratory studies and in early clinical results.
Conclusion: New concepts in regenerative medicine demonstrate improved efficacy in large clinical trials of hybrosomes. Autogenous exosomes permit any practioner who is using PRP to use more effective regenerative products as both an injection as well as a filler.
