Objectives: This lecture will review the support of ultrasound in diagnosing, staging, and managing HS.
Introduction: HS is a devasting disease, and its clinical staging usually underestimates the severity of the disease
Materials / method: It will provide state-of-the-art images of clinical and ultrasonographic correlations.
Results: Ultrasound provides accurate anatomical information on HS that allows supporting an early diagnosis and more accurate staging and management
Conclusion: Ultrasound should be a standard of care for HS patients
