Objectives: Initially, we will present the current requirements of the Brazilian Medical Board Health Profession Regulation for the functioning of a dermatological clinic.

The legal definition of a medical act was promulgated less than 10 years ago.
Since then, there has been a great struggle to delimit areas of expertise for physicians. We will analyze legal disputes in front of pharmacists, biomedical and especially dentists.
