Objectives: The market of male in aesthetic medicine is growing very fast and we have to improve our knowledge, experience in this field. In this presentation I will review this market with focus on differences in male clients in terms of anatomy, aging, behavior and injection techniques.

Introduction: Aging in male start earlier and multiple intrinsic and extrinsic factor are related to poor aging in male clients. Understanding these factors and difference in aging of the face in male compare to female can significantly our our treatment result.

Materials / method: For this lecture I have used multiple articles and refences from high academic journals and adding my own experience with this patients.

Results: N/A

Conclusion: The number of male clients growing and we are expecting to see a higher parentage of male clients. They are significant differences between male and female aging that should be considered in prevention and treatment plan. Educating male clients about aging factor is important as many of them are either not familiar with non surgical and preventative antiaging therapies
