Objectives: Present current and future ways AI is being used in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine.

Introduction: AI is poised to revolutionize and potentially disrupt the aesthetic industry and the world at large. There are of course many ethical concerns and questions. Indeed, humanity is at a crossroads.

Materials / method: AI was reviewed in plastic surgery, dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

Results: An overview of the ways AI is being deployed in the aesthetic business is presented. Several ways we are currently using AI for our benefits in patient care, marketing and medical decision making are becoming important aspects of practice.

Conclusion: Today's AI will increasingly require new human to robotic and AI interactions. Current used of AI in practice have been very promising.
