Introduction: Harmony is The art or science concerned with the structure and combinations of chords, congruity of parts to their whole.For most harmony is about balance and not so much about perfection. While assessing a face we look at it relative to itself and the interaction of its features with each other. Human beings are programmed to gravity towards harmony because it convey good health.
Materials / method: Harmony in facial aesthetics is achieved when congruence is created by unveiling the resemblances of distinct parts. Ageing is a physiological consequence of natural alterations occurring in the underlying anatomical structures and all tissues play a role in this process therefore, there is no universal algorithm to reverse these changes in an ageing face. While predictable results can be achieved with the use of injectable fillers, inappropriate understanding or use of the same can result in a loss of aesthetic harmony.
Results: In the event of undesirable treatment outcomes or loss of facial harmony caused by the injudicious use of dermal fillers, early intervention is of crucial importance. Corrective strategies need to be implemented promptly, with the primary aim of restoring a natural and balanced appearance
Conclusion: Managing the loss of harmony as a consequence of filler treatment requires a multi-layered approach, including early intervention, correction strategies, prevention measures, and patient education.
