Objectives: The aim of the work is to evidence that a global approach to the total body aesthetic flaws can improve the general status of the skin in terms of elasticity, hydration and tightening; as well as providing satisfactory results in terms of brightening, hyper-pigmentations reduction and neo-collagenesys boosting. It all is given thanks to CARAVAGGIO chemical peelings and bio-revitalization.

Introduction: The current need of looking harmonic and natural, by following less invasive protocols, can find exhaustive answers in using combined techniques and synergies. These become of key importance and crucial in order to cope with chrono and photo ageing. The paperwork is conceived on a whole-court concept, using bio-revitalization as a treatment aiming to dermis restructuring and multi-components chemical peelings as a superficial rejuvenation.

Materials / method: In order to settle the clinical study, they were used bio-revitalizing solutions featuring vitamins, amino-acids, hyaluronic acid as well as advanced active principles such as meristem cells, resveratrol, rosa mosqueta extracts etc… in combination with two different chemical peelings solutions, one Intense and one Smooth. The Intense one featuring Azelaic, Piruvic and Caffeic acids, the Smooth one featuring Mandelic, Cinnamic and Vanillic acids. 80 patients were treated following the mentioned treatments protocol: T0 = bio-revitalization ; T7 = chemical peeling; T14: bio-revitalization;

Results: Results were judged subjectively and objectively via photographic and scan evaluations, showing enhanced and improved hydration, skin tightening, thickening and brightness, as well as an overall improvement of the texture quality.

Conclusion: It came out that the synergy here described enhances the results obtained comparing it with the mono-treatment procedures (only bio-revitalization or only chemical peeling) and reduces the protocol duration of at least the 30%.

Objectives: The aim of this work is to show how a comprehensive approach to skin rejuvenation, which addresses each of the most common patient concerns including skin quality, sun damage, facial redness, fine lines, age spots, melasma, and brown patches may be achieved in a simplified manner with the LightPod laser platform in comparison to what is currently achieved with 3-4 energy-based devices.

Introduction: Skin rejuvenation is a complex process. Current energy-based treatment options offer limited versatility, efficacy, and commonly incur safety risks when addressing darker skin types. Comprehensive rejuvenation to address redness, fine lines, sun damage, age spots, melasma, acne, and other signs of aging typically require 3-4 devices, which can be extremely costly and time-consuming. The LightPod laser platform is a new modality to address skin rejuvenation in a simplified, comprehensive manner.

Materials / method: An air-cooled LightPod 650 Microsecond 1064nm laser was used to address patients with skin aging concerns including skin quality, facial redness, fine lines, age spots, melasma, and brown patches. The 1064 nm wavelength is inherently attracted to hemoglobin, melanin, and water in the skin. These three chromophores represent the targets for each presented condition. The high-energy but short pulsed 650 microsecond 1064 nm laser delivers increased efficacy without complications as the epidermal exposure is at least 30 times shorter than a millisecond Nd:YAG laser.

Results: The LightPod laser platform with a 650 Microsecond 1064 nm pulse duration shows to be advantageous in addressing comprehensive skin rejuvenation for patients of all ages and skin types including darker skin. All patients reported clearance of their concerns and better quality, tone, and texture of their skin. No reports of damage to the skin, pigmentary change, or pain during treatment was recorded even without skin cooling.

Conclusion: The LightPod laser platform simplifies skin rejuvenation by enabling a single device and modality to provide complete and comprehensive skin rejuvenation for patients of all ages and skin types. Furthermore, the platform reduces the overall costs and ongoing maintenance accrued by physicians seeking to achieve complete and comprehensive skin rejuvenation. A LightPod 300 microsecond Er:YAG laser may be used in conjunction for further rejuvenation of epidermal irregularities and scar revision.

Introduction: Exosomes are one of the most important mechanisms for intercellular communication. These days, stem cell-derived exosomes are being developed as cosmetics/cosmeceuticals and therapeutics as well. It was found that stem cell-derived exosomes can be very effective for skin rejuvenation and atopic dermatitis.

Materials / method: Human adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes (ASC-exosomes) were used for in vitro and in vivo tests.

Results: 1. ASC-exosomes are significantly effective for skin rejuvenation. When skin cells are treated with ASC-exosomes, collagen and elastin synthesis was increased significantly.
2. ASC-exosomes are significantly effective for atopic dermatitis. When injected either intravenously (IV) or subcutaneously (SC) into NC/Nga mice, treated with house dust mit antigens, ASC-exosomes were found to reduce pathological symptoms such as clinical score, the levels of serum IgE, the number of eosinophils in blood, and the infiltration of mast cells, CD86+ and CD206+ cells in skin lesions.

Conclusion: 1. ASC-exosomes can be a novel anti-aging product such as skin rejuvenation.
2. ASC-exosomes can be a novel promising cell-free therapeutic modality for AD treatment.
