Objectives: The European Society for Sexual Medicine (ESSM) has the mission to promote sexual health and the highest standards of evidence-based sexual medicine clinical care through education, research and the formulation of health care.

Introduction: Sexuality is presumably one of the most important element in our life by which one person is related to another. There is a body of evidence that medical professionals do not have adequate knowledge of sexuality, to serve their patients with sexual complaints in a professional way. Sexual dysfunction is a common problem which affects millions of men and their partners across all age groups. Sexual dysfunctions usually affect the quality of life, self-image, confidence and mood and quite often result in partnership and other social problems. T

Materials / method: To treat patients with sexual problems adequately, physicians must not only have profound knowledge but also show a neutral and professional attitude towards sexual issues.

Results: Sexual medicine is a multidisciplinary specialty and ESSM stand for Education and Science in Sexual Medicine. In the last years, ESSM established several educational programs and developed criteria for European certification in Sexual Medicine. In addition, high-level scientific research is stimulated for enlightening the dark sides of Sexual Medicine. And last but not least, Sexual Medicine means involvement of bio-psycho-social aspects and therefore the need for involvement of many disciplines in our society.

Conclusion: This lead to an increase in research but also to increase in the awareness of sexual health and health care.

Objectives: The circumcision is the most worldwide surgical intervention in the world. In some cases, the foreskin but also a part of the penile shaft may be removed. The goal of this presentation is to show the negative consequencies and what are the surgical options.

Introduction: After an over circumcision, a part of the penile shaft is removed additionally to the foreskin. The consequencies may be important for the penis with a skin brake in erection and also the elevation of the scrotal skin. It will also provoke sometimes devastating psychological issues. In rare cases, the glans may also be excised.

Materials / method: With different cases, we will describe the surgical possibilities to repair in case of overcircumcision, with different skin grafts according the anatomical situation.

Results: In many cases, the cosmetic results are satisfying anatomically, sexually for adults and psychologically.

Conclusion: The overcircumcision is very frequent, but very often under diagnosed and without any difficulties for the patient. Sometimes , the anatomical defect is too important and the consequences devastating. Surgical options are the only option to repair the defect with mostly good results.

Objectives: Peyronie's disease (PD), as firstly descibed by Francois de la Peyronie who reported a case in 1743, is characterized by penile induration, nodule, or plaque resulting in erectile deformity. Although PD is frequently linked to erectile dysfunction (ED), it is not clear how often it is or which comes first.
Men with PD may not need treatment if their erectile deformity does not interfere with penetration and erections are still adequate for intromission. On the other hand, men with PD who are unable to have penetrative sex need surgical therapy. Erections should be straight and reliably firm so

Introduction: If the erectile rigidity is good or the response to a PDE5i is acceptable, penile plication surgery is likely to straighten the erection without further diminution in erectile rigidity.
If the man's erections are not reliable, inflatable penile prosthesis implantation should be considered. During the implant procedure device inflation straightens the penis, and if the degree of straightening is still not satisfactory, it should further enhanced by modeling (bending the penis while the cylinders are inflated).
