Objectives: Modern women are interested not only in the body rejuvenating, but in the intimate area too and in correction of commissura labiorum posterior and tightening of fossa of vestibule of vagina and rejuvenating of skin of labia majora.

Introduction: In addition to other treatments, we use the method of external genital correction by thread implantation and injection of PLA fillers.

Materials / method: Materials, methods: Were used threads made of copolymer of caprolactone and lactic acid with cogs, size of the threads was 2/0 and length was 110 cm and solution of PLA 200 mg 10 ml.
The visual state of the skin before and after thread implantation was measured with elastomeric device and photographed. The patient subjective satisfaction with the results was graded on the 5-point rating scale.

Results: Results: The results were measured in 30, 60 and 120 days after implantation.

Conclusion: Conclusion: The method allows to achieve positive and satisfactory results with correction of commissura labiorum posterior, tightening of fossa of vestibule of vagina and skin of labia majora without additional risks and complications, without preparation for the procedure and a long rehabilitation period.

Objectives: We have built an instrument that we called “Intimacy Program” with the will
to standardize the first check-up consultation for intimate rejuvenation, with an easy-to-use questionnaire and integrative analysis with visual diagrams.

Introduction: Intimate rejuvenation is getting a high demand worldwide since the last five years which leads to a
20% growth per year. Expansion of indications comes together with more effective and medico-
surgical techniques reinforcing the trend towards natural aspect. Combined treatments provide also
better and less invasive results.
The key point is that quality of life is well regarded because of increase of life expectancy in
developed countries. Then quality of life in gynecology means to deal with changes during life
because of ageing, childbirths, changes of skin conditions.

Materials / method: Several questionnaires have been created to assess the impact of sexual dysfunctions on sexual
women’s quality of life. We have built an instrument that we called “Intimacy Program” with the will
to standardize the first check-up consultation for intimate rejuvenation, with an easy-to-use
questionnaire and integrative analysis with visual diagrams.
We used a 4 points severity scale from 0 (no symptom) to 3 (severe symptoms) in 4 topics involved in
intimate quality of life

Results: 1/ Sexual dysfunctions:
They will be evaluated by 4 questions :
- Dyspareunia
- Anorgasmia
- Vaginismus
- Libido disorders
2/ Vulvo-vaginal atrophy :
It will be evaluated by 3 questions:
- Vaginal dryness
- Vulvar itching
- vulvar burning

3/ Laxity syndrome:
It will be evaluated by 3 questions:
- Vaginal laxity
- Opening of introit
- Urinary incontinence
4/ Aesthetics of intimate zone:
It will be evaluated by 3 questions:
- Labia minora hypertrophy
- Labia majora atrophy
- vulvar hyper coloration
Then we create a radar diagram with all these scores.

Conclusion: It will give a holistic approach of intimate care
the patients is willing to have and also will point to us the possible collaborations we may need with
sexologist, endocrinologist, gynecologist, aesthetic doctor depending on our own skills and
capabilities.
This first check-up gives us a clear overall view of instant intimate quality of life of our patient. Then
we will have to reiterate the same questionnaire after each treatment and analyze the evolution or
improvements that would occur. We then are easily able to compare results.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to introduce a surgical technique to broadly improve the clitoral hood excess, reduction of the labia minora, and improving of the labia majora, when indicated.

Introduction: Background: Labia minora hypertrophy combined with redundant clitoral hood is a common complaint of women seeking cosmetic genital surgery for aesthetic, functional, and psychological reasons. The purpose of this study was to describe the “boomerang” technique, a surgical treatment of the clitoral prepuce laxity and redundancy on patients with discomfort in this region.

Materials / method: Methods: This retrospective review of medical records evaluated the outcomes and complications of 18 consecutive patients who underwent female genital cosmetic surgery (FGCS) with the “boomerang” resection for the clitoris hood excess between July 2017 and July 2018. All surgical procedures were performed by the same surgeon (T.T.).

Results: Results: The average age of patients who underwent surgery was 37 years old (range, 18-48). 94.44% of the patients had aesthetic complaints either associated or not with functional complaints and only one (5.56%) exceptionally had a functional complaint, dispareunia caused by labia minora hipertrophy. Three subjects had postoperative complications, as follows: one patient presented bruises on the labia majora, another one had a small asymmetry of the labia minora and a third one had insufficient resection of labia minora. 94,44% refered better sexual activity after the surgery.

Conclusion: Conclusion: The “boomerang” technique is reproducible, provides aesthetic benefits and improvement in sexual function to most patients with low complications rates.

Objectives: Penile enhancement was performed using flowable matrix, a gel-like mixture of collagen and chondroitin sulphate matrix, which may lead to better volumetric and cellular infiltration than traditional fillers.

Introduction: Male self esteem can be affected by external genitalia image and if a man perceives his penis as inadequate then such feelings invade his interaction with his sexual partners and social associates.
Lipofilling is a well established technique in penis augmentation. Some patients may not want to undergo penis enlargement surgery.
The use of dermal filler can provide for penis enhancement. The problems of filler by hyaluronic acid is their durability that is between 9-15 month. The use of flowable dermal matrix can be a long lasting alternative for non surgical penis augmentation

Materials / method: The granulated collagen-glycosaminoglycan composing Integra flowable was is hydrated with sterile lidocaine 1% and injected with a cannula in a fanning way underneath the penile skin to enlarge its girth. Elma topical cream was appleid two hours before practicing the procedure. 4 patients had penile augmentation using flowable matrix.
The follow up was between 12-24 months.

Results: The granulated collagen-glycosaminoglycan composing the matrix was hydrated with sterile lidocaine 1% and injected with a cannula in a fanning way underneath the penile skin to enlarge its girth. Lidocaine topical cream was appleid two hours before practicing the procedure. 4 patients had penile augmentation using flowable matrix.
The follow up was between 12-24 months.

Conclusion: This pilot study demonstrates the potential to use a gel-like flowable mixture of collagen and chondroitin sulphate matrix as a filler in penile augmentation .
Penile enlargement by flowable matrix was a safe and effective operation. This method can be performed in an outpatient ambulatory setting.
