Objectives: At the conclusion of this symposium, delegates will be able to:
• Describe strategies for evidence-based selection and combination of injectable hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin to achieve multi-level tissue restoration and modulation.
• Summarize key biophysical properties of BDDE-free hybrid cooperative complex hyaluronic acid (HCC HA) and the rationale for its clinical indications;
• Formulate treatment plans for synergistic, patient-tailored combination of hybrid cooperative complex hyaluronic acid (HCC HA) and botulinum toxin to address aging of the face and neck.

Materials / method: In this symposium, an international, multi-disciplinary faculty with expertise in basic science, dermatology and plastic surgery will analyze the synergistic potential of injectable hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin to achieve multi-level tissue restoration.
Results: Video demonstrations and interactive discussion will highlight the rheology, cell biology and clinical applications of a novel, thermally stabilized, BDDE-free hybrid cooperative complex hyaluronic acid (HCC HA), the rationale for combining HCC HA with botulinum toxin including the possibility of myomodulation, and the development of a new scale to evaluate age-related changes in the neck and formulate patient-tailored treatment plans.
