Objectives: The objectives outlined are planned to demonstrate the differences of complains asking for facial periorbital rejuvenation between males and females, between different age groups.
In young males and females, they complain of dark circles around the eyes , mature age will show early wrinkles, bulges of fat in lower eyelids with loss of vitality and sun damaged skin.
older age will demand upper and lower eyelids surgery and removal of aging signs.
All treatment options will be outlined and demonstrated in the presentation with video and cases.

Introduction: we understand the problem of facial and periorbital rejuvenation as wide range complain which is determined by patient's age( young, mature and old ) and also whether patient is male or female.
Our approach to young male and female patients is mainly to treat the black halos around the eyes. The treatment includes the subdermal injection of freshly prepared nonfat grafting which is mixed with PRP and follow that with microneedlings.
The nanofat is then used as a cream form to be applied to eyelids and around the eyes. Microfat is used with nanofat to manage mature cases to treat wrinkles, fatt

Materials / method: In older age blepharoplasty, upper and lower combined with microfat and nanofat injections with micro needling is used.
The various techniques will be demonstrated and clinical examples of each group will explain the long term results

Results: These techniques show the value of Nanofat and Microfat injections in periorbital rejuvenation combined with surgical lower and upper blepharoplasty.

Conclusion: preorbital rejuvenation entails a wide range of patients age and sex variations , we described a scheme for each gender and age group
we utilize both Microfat and Nanofat injections , microneedling, and surgical blepharoplasty when needed.
