Objectives: Discovering the possibility in Liposculpture with modern technologies with an artisctic eye

Introduction: At the Era of social medias and the cult of the « perfect » body, surgeons have to deal with the changing of patient’s expectations due to the possibility for them to connect to the results of any surgeon on the world.

Materials / method: Patients who undercome Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction and Hi definition Liposculpture and/or Radiofrequency technology.
Selection of the patients is done according to age , motivation , BMI and expectations.
The surgery is carefully planned in order to maximize the outcome.

Results: Our patients benefited from our own technique of high definition .
The results are not only spectacular in terms of artisctic and aesthetic goals but also in psychological terms like confidence, self esteem or body image.

Conclusion: Compared to standard liposuction, Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction and High Definition liposculpture can bring to the patient dramatic results.
It also bring to the surgeon a new tool for difficult cases with saggy skin or in secondary liposuction.
