Objectives: Vulvovaginal pathologies are frequent and often neglected.
Fashion, intensive sport trainings and above all a new aesthetic appearance of the vulva, nude, fully shaved and exposed, lead to an increasing request of vulva and genital labia improvements.

Introduction: Nowadays, most of our indications concern young women but also woman after pregnancies or menopause who complain about alteration of the shape, texture or pigmentation of their external genitalia. Asymmetry, excess of volume or length and often ptosis are the main physical examination findings, but women complain also about dryness, painful scar

Materials / method: Different technics improve the labia and vulvo-vaginal aesthetic.
The excess of volume of labia minora and atrophy of labia majora or abnormal shape or sagging are treated by longitudinal resections and sometimes V or W plasties. The inverted VY plasty helps treating ptosis of the labia minora while sparing the amount of the resection and also help for clitoris hood enhancement.
Posterior colpomyorraphy for vaginal tightening associated with intra-vaginal lipofilling improves the tone and contractility of the vagina including the repair of the posterior labial commissure and perineum damaged

Results: All the operated women have been improved, esthetically but also psychologically in their sexuality and self-esteem.
I have not noticed painful postoperative scars but on the contrary, improvement of painful episiotomies, especially with the lipofilling and the use of thin absorbable sutures for the vulva and labia reshaping.
Unsatisfaction is rare and concerns mainly women with excessive expectations regarding resections of labia minora and also misconceptions on the ideal female vulvar appearance.

Conclusion: Labia minora shape and volume are very important psychologically for young women who suffer asymmetry or abnormal shape or volume excess. Most of the women need vulvovaginal enhancement while aging, especially after multiple pregnancies. Many women benefit from a genital lipofilling in combination with labia reshaping or vaginoplasty.

Objectives: Autolog Fat tissue has both volumising and regenerative effects if it is used by suitable ways and techniques. In our clinical routine; we use the autolog fat tissue for labia majora, G spot and on the perineal body as a volumiser material and also we use it in clitoris , peri-clitoral area, introitus vagina and G area for its regenerative effects as stem cell for the patients who have sexual disorders.

Introduction: As a new trend, aesthetic procedures of female genital area increased rapidly in recent years. Although the aesthetic procedures are generally requested for outer appearance, but the good results also effected the physcology of the patients by improving their self-confidence. This secondary effect is very important for the procedures of genital area. Because these secondary benefits are directly related to female sexual wellbeing for most of the women and they directly effect the female sexuality. This is why the genital aesthetic procedures has also functional results.

Materials / method: In our clinical routine, we use autolog fat for female genital aesthetic and sexual disorders. In office condition, under local anaesthesia, we get 80-100cc abdominal fat by lipoaspiration. We use the 15cc of it for SVF after washing and tissue seperation with a device and we use the remain amount of aspirated fat for volumising of labia majora, G Spot and –posterior wall of vagina after washing and emulsification. We evaluate the patients with FSFI (Female Sexual Function Index), 5 Point Likert Scale and GAIS (Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale).

Results: We get acceptable improvements in three evaluation criterias. Improvement of Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) is significant especially in arousal and orgasm subscores. Most of the patients declerate "improved" or "much improved" for GAIS scoring and "good", "very good" and "excellent" for 5 points Likert Scale scoring.

Conclusion: As a conclusion, autolog fat which can be aspirated easily from abdomen, under local anaesthesia even in office condition, can use as a volumiser and regenerative agent (SVF) for female aesthetic genital and sexual disorders.
