Objectives: To show that threads not only used for lifting saggy tissues but also the rehydrating effects of these threads while they are biodegrading in our tissues

Introduction: The neck is one of the most challenging areas to treat, as many aspects are taken care of.
Either skin sagging and loss of luster, muscle attenuation or accumulation of fat, the neck should be addressed right to get a nice young tightened neck

Materials / method: Polylactic and caprolactone threads especially designed for neck, a hammock technique for applying threads supported by platysmo-auricular ligament

Results: immediate neck skin lifting with long term tissue hydration as biodegradation of the threads help in neo formation of collagen, elastin and fibroblasts, that contribute to tissue hydration and tightening. Even after complete dissolution of the threads the neck will never go back to their form before threads.
