Objectives: - To present the latest developments in the skin aging process,
- To evaluate the factors involved in the skin aging process,
- To develop a specific program for our patients to slow the aging process.

Introduction: Skin aging is a natural, complex, and continuous biological process characterized by cellular and molecular changes, leading to cumulative structural and physiologic alterations and progressive changes in each skin layer, as well as changes in skin appearance, especially in the light-exposed skin areas.

Skin aging is the result of both intrinsic and extrinsic factors, and the first step is to evaluate the lifestyle of our patients, including sun exposure habits, smoking and sugar consumption, skincare, and quality of sleep.

Materials / method: We can incorporate a powerful new concept called "Prejuvenation" into our clinical practices. It involves putting patients on a specific anti-aging treatment program before they start showing any signs of aging.

This proactive approach can help address issues such as pigmented lesions, wrinkles, and enlarged pores before they become more apparent, resulting in a more effective treatment and a more youthful appearance for the patient.

Results: There are various skin anti-aging strategies available that aim to address the signs of both extrinsic and intrinsic aging of the skin.

Our approach must be individualized and personalized, integrative and holistic, modulated and adapted, complete and complex, sequentially and continuously!

The anti-aging approach to patient care involves creating a customized and tailored program considering their unique needs and preferences. I strive to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach that is adapted and adjusted as needed to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Conclusion: Creating a program for patients that incorporates well-defined events triggering multiple synergistic processes, carried out according to a schedule, and the systematic execution of actions based on an individualized algorithm can be highly beneficial. This approach can help patients with effective and personalized support, improving outcomes and overall well-being.

Objectives: Describe treatment approaches of both the prejuvenation and more mature patient populations.

Introduction: Although available treatments are similar in the Prejuvenation group of patients (Milennials and Gen Z -1980-2015) as compared to Traditional Rejuvenation patients ( Gen X and Baby Boomers 1944-1979), approaches and sources of information used by these groups are different.

Materials / method: This talk will focus on the evolution of facial and non-facial approaches in these very different groups.

Results: A focus on injectables, topical approaches and the use of energy-based devices in these very different demographics shows clear-cut different treatment approaches.

Conclusion: Prejuvenation patients and Traditional Rejuvenation patients use different sources of information and seek different goals of treatment.
