Objectives: propose a new way to dilute all european toxins (50 and 125U) all in the same way. This is not intended to make dilution easy (doctors can learne easily different dilutions), but to get more uniform and better results using all toxins.

Introduction: in Europe and many other contries, dilution of different toxins in 50 and 125U is different and leads to different results: longevity of the result and different aesthetical results. The dilution proposed for european toxins allow doctors very easily to achive similare results from all toxins of the market

Materials / method: the authors dilute abo-ona-inco and other toxins in the same way, with 0,63 ml of normal saline. Finally the doctors inject the right quantity of water to get very cautious results, avarage results or the on label power. All patients are injected in the same way doesn't matter with what different toxin.

Results: results are presented for all different used toxins. Were very good at 15 and 30 days after injection, complications totally absent since probably also diffusion is much less but maintaining the same power of the toxin, the same on label units

Conclusion: toxins in 125U (Abo) and toxins in 50U (Ona-Inco and others) can be diluted with the same amount of normal saline. In this way the quantity of water injected to get a good and safer result will be the same, doesn't matter the brand toxin used. It is easy and very effective.

Objectives: 1) To identify anatomical asymmetries of the face when they appear naturally or when they are a result of iatrogenic intervention.
2) To understand how and why facial asymmetries occur.
3) To devise a plan of action to realign facial asymmetries with neurotoxins.

Introduction: Approximately 35% of the general population have some form of facial asymmetries which can be corrected with injections of neurotoxins. Successful correction of facial asymmetries is predicated on precise injections of the responsible muscle(s) causing the asymmetry. Methods of how to identify and techniques of how to correctly inject asymmetries of the upper and lower face is dependent upon an individual's idiosyncratic functional anatomy.

Materials / method: Asymmetries of the brow, lips and cheeks were identified. Botulinum toxin was used to correct the facial asymmetries, whether they appeared naturally or were the result of iatrogenic intervention.

Results: After determining the exact muscles responsible for the asymmetries, injections of botulinum toxin were completed and diminished the asymmetries approximately 85% of the time.

Conclusion: Understanding functional muscular anatomy of the face will facilitate the correction of facial asymmetries when botulinum toxin is injected precisely in the causative muscle(s).

Objectives: Latero-orbital of the face: Botulinum toxin or Hyaluronic acid

Introduction: In the latero-orbital region, botulinum toxin is classically indicated for crow's feet wrinkles. Whereas hyaluronic acid is classically reputed to be volumizing.
For more than 10 years, we were the first to describe and publish the concept of myomodulation generated by hyaluronic acid, whether in a stimulation way or in a calming down way when hyaluronic acid penetrates the muscle fibers.

Results: This is exactly the case in the latero-orbital region, where the skin is delicate and thin and the space between the periosteum and the muscle is quasi virtual. In fact, the injected hyaluronic acid penetrates and soak the Muscle orbicularis oculi, resulting in a myomodulation effect in a calming down way. The dynamic consequence is the raising of the tail of the eyebrow with a "Fox eyes" effect and the improvement of crow's feet wrinkles. This is in addition to the improvement of the curve bringing the fullness of a "doe-eyed" look".
