Objectives: Our effective, safe, short down-time approach to face and neck rejuvenation surgeries is presented in this report. The first stage of our surgeries is tunneling or liposuction according to the face topography, together with Macro, Micro and Nano graft fat transfers, intradermal fat injections 'SNIF'. In the second stage, progressive tightening with barbed sutures for neck lift, effective plication techniques for the lower face are used. A wide range of patients with primary and secondary facelift will be presented in this report.
