Micro-SMAS-Lift: technique, indications, results

Objectives: Two-layer face lift associating a limited skin resection and a sub-SMAS dissection. The technique rivals rather the thread lifts than the classic face lifts but is a useful, reliable armamentarium for patients seeking a „light“ face lift.

A revolution in neck tightening

Objectives: Neck rejuvenation is one of the most challenging fields in aesthetic medicine.

Introduction: Patient selection and combination of treatements is key to success. Internal plasma tightening combined with liposuction is a very safe and effective technique if performed in a proper way.
A lot of so called "plasma devices" entered the market the past years, appeared just to be some kind of RF devices.
The presented technology is so far the only device using RF and helium gas to create real plasma.

Conclusion: Combination of power assisted liposuction and plasma tightening in the right patient population can avoid additional surgical approached and reduce downtime significantly
