Eyebrow lifting: A new concept for a more beautiful look

Objectives: Share a simple and reproducible technique for a more attrachitive gaze in female patients. Underlining the safety and the anatomy of the patients

Introduction: The gaze in women patients is an area of great interest. We have a lot of different technique for the eyebrow, but the authors think that only a lifting of the arch and the end of the eyebrow can give a more attractive look. An opening of the arch height furthermore lightens the weight of the eyelid in cases of excess skin

Materials / method: We analyze a cohort of patients subjected a test of pleasantness as a face-q test for the gaze in general and for the upper eyelid in specific

Results: Anlyzing the test we have great response in terms of satisfaction in both the tests

Conclusion: A lifting of the eyebrow with threads in caprolactone and polilactic is a safe, long lasting end effective technique for improve the gaze in female patients always respecting a natural and harmonic look

Facelift and neck tightening with permanent threads: my personal experience

Objectives: Background: 10 Years’ experience with thread applications and last 6 years study in country as complication management author.
Methods: Uses permanent threads, surveillance and compare of effects of threads,
What this project adds
Medical Aesthetics Practitioners can offer a satisfied effects & duration for patients, new techniques and approaches for lifting & tightening effect. Safe and secure application fpr long duration and strong lifting effect.

Introduction: Discussion: There are a few permanent threads in our aesthetic market. Most of the doctors are using these threads with different techniques. Duration & lifting effect and patients’ selections & expectations are studied in my presentation.

Materials / method: Permanent Threads and Straight Laying Technique

Results: Results: New approaches for facelift, eyebrowlift & neck tightening were applied and results were discussed and evaluated with colleagues.

Conclusion: Conclusions: Permanent threads should be a satisfied alternatives for grade 1- & 2-degree sagging areas. Long duration and strong lifting effect can be satisfactory for doctors and patients.

Counteracting facial aging with absorbable threads: my personal experience

Objectives: Barbed threads are used for cosmetic facial rejuvenation to treat different areas, lifting soft tissues and modifying facial profile with excellent results -thanks to the pulling “traction” effect, soft tissue repositioning - armoring and biorivitalization properties- if used with right canditades.
In this lecture the author wants to highlight the use of threads during these last 14 years, having used them first for functional problems and after for cosmetics reasons, analysing the importance of threads and their role in our daily practice
