Objectives: In my opinion, one of the most important things when it comes to social media is to humanize your brand.
Introduction: Marketing companies often recommend keeping personal and professional lives separate, especially when it comes to doctors. I disagree with this.
Materials / method: In life, be it online or offline, it is always about creating real human connections. Authenticity builds trust, trust in turn creates new business.
Results: I don’t use social media to sell in the first place but to connect. Once people connect with you, because they can relate to you and find you entertaining, you can occasionally share medical knowledge or news as if you would share this info with a friend.
Conclusion: The education therefore follows in a second step once the relationship has been established.
