Objectives: To discuss about dealing with different types and patients and how to manage the situation

Introduction: Patients are generally hoping to get help from the aesthetic providers but at times there will be clash of personality

Materials / method: We discuss the many different scenarios that how to manage different situations.

Results: We can not please every patient that walks through our door, but treating them with empathy and dignity, and not holding to our egos is important.

Conclusion: Dealing with patients at different difficult situation can be challenging. We hope that these discussions can be used as a reference for others.

Objectives: This will focus on why patients will sue their aesthetic providers

Introduction: Although the US experience will be presented, the basic concepts apply worldwide.

Materials / method: The focus will be on causes of lawsuits related to injectables and energy- based devices.

Results: Complications are unavoidable.

Conclusion: Losing lawsuits can almost always be prevented.
