Objectives: Rellenar y modelar el surco lagrimal (ojeras) mediante la cuidadosa aplicación de ACIDO HIALURONICO en puntos específicos mediante un procedimiento mínimamente invasivo, sin cortes ni cirugía.

Introduction: Es una técnica para modificar el surco lagrimal (ojeras) que toma tan solo unos minutos. Al rellenar las ojeras con ácido hialurónico se corrigen y se atenúan los surcos y/o hundimientos.
La mayoría de las ojeras son hereditarias y estan genéticamente predispuestas y relacionadas con la reabsorcion de tejido blando y masa ósea, independientemente de la edad.
El surco de la ojera también se relaciona con el envejecimiento porque al descolgarse el tejido graso del pómulo, se produce un vacío por debajo del párpado inferior.

Materials / method: El Ácido Hialurónico es una sustancia cuya función es retener agua, confiriendo hidratación y volumen.
Durante el proceso de envejecimiento, se degrada y el organismo disminuye su capacidad de reponerlo, generándose una pérdida de volumen y de contorno.
El Ácido Hialurónico está indicado para reponer esa perdida de volumen.
Diferentes presentaciones (de Ácido Hialurónico) son utilizadas dependiendo del área de tratamiento y la profundidad de la perdida de volumen.
La cantidad de aplicación variará dependiendo de la cantidad de volumen a restaurar en cada paciente.

Results: Al inyectar el producto en la zona del surco lagrimal, debajo de la dermis y del músculo, se genera un efecto de levantamiento.

La profundidad de la aplicacion es de vital importancia, pues evitará irregularidades, conseguirá un resultado uniforme, y la coloración oscura de las ojeras mejorará.

Objectives: Tear trough is a very popular filling area nowadays.
However fillers use in this area needs an expertise and anatomy knowledge which guarantee better results.
I will show a render with anatomic considerations of this area.
Based on my experience ,I will suggest safe technics and hialuronic acid fillers choice upon rheology.
