Introduction: The use of filler products in the front area may be indicated
- has been purely aesthetic in order to reduce the depth of wrinkles or to restore the shape of the frontal convexity
- in the context of various scars
- in the context of a rare medical indication such as a scleroderma en coup de sabre

Materials / method: The product may be different according to the indications, the age of the patient: hyaluronic acid, collagen inductors.

Results: The injection method, which aims to place the product in the right place, varies according to the skin thickness, the indications and the areas to be modified. Of course, the risk of vascular ischemia should be investigated and duplex or Doppler cartography can help to reduce this risk, as can the use of cannulas, even if the use of needles is not systematically banned.

Conclusion: Injection of the forehead is more and more common from the depth to the superficial dermis.
