Objectives: Objectives: show the characteristic and results of a transdermal RF device with an anti-complications control.

Introduction: Introduction: one of the more popular aesthetic treatment require en the last years is the transdermal fat reduction. But more of the devices still have complications or several side effects or no longer results.

Materials / method: Materials / method: more than 80 transdermal RF fat reduction patients treated in 2 years with enCurve.

Results: Results: average of 3 cm abdominal perimeter reduction (1 cm to 13 cm) without permanent complications and low side effects.

Conclusion: Conclusion: transdermal RF fat reduction enCurve device is an effective and non-complications treatment.
