Objectives: To treat clitoral erectile dysfunction and improve vaginal and clitoral sexual response
Introduction: With the arrival of menopause, the lack of sexual steroids will promote a decrease in trophism and the ability to respond to the stimulation of erogenous zones. Based on the demonstrated regenerative effect of the Erbium Smooth laser, we proposed a novel laser protocol with sub-ablative Erbium:YAG in a Hyperstack pulse.
Materials / method: 13 physicians from 11 countries participated in this prospective study conducted between January 2019 and September 2022 (covid delays). 133 patients were recruited, with a mean age of 47,9 years. With an average BMI of 24.4 the 51% of the patients were under menopause. Three laser sessions with non-ablative erbium smooth laser were applied with 15 days interval with the new hyperstack technique.
