Objectives: Explains the zonal concept in analysing the ageing changes of the face.

Introduction: Ageing of the face is a distinct progressive change which starts in the twenties. Artists are able to depict these changes and can indicate the age of the subject clearly. These changes happen in various areas of the face and correcting all the changes at the same time is necessary for a uniform harmonies and natural reversal of aged appearance.
Materials / method: Fifty patients were reviewed and zones of were identified for better documentation of ageing changes and identifying modality of correction. Microfat grafting was used to replenish volume depleted areas, along with other modalities such as Brow lift, four lid blepharoplasty, Deep SMAS extended face and neck lift. All were done at the same time.
Results: Results were analysed along with patient satisfaction survey.
Conclusion: Microfat grafting along with skin tightening and lifting through blepharoplasty face lift is able to give a harmonius comprehensive facial rejuvenation. Satisfaction rate is very high.
