Objectives: to understand how Indian patients particularly in men, we can modify treatments to achieve better results with fillers

Introduction: the use of fillers has increased manifold in the last decade with more and more patients particularly men opting for facial rejuvenation. In indian scenario we have seen the standard treatments need to be modified, and this paper tries to examine this aspect

Materials / method: men coming for upper and mid face rejuvenations

Results: amazing facial rejuvenations with minimal use of product

Conclusion: optimisation of injectable products need to be done and changes in anatomy in indian men needs to be understood
