Objectives: Vaser 4 D body contouring is an effective modality to create the ideal body shaping in men and women. it works to create 6 packs in men, hour glass figure in women, BBL in women, in a most natural looking manner.

Introduction: patients who want to create ideal body shapes, should undergo VASER 4D body contouring to achieve their body goals. Vaser 4D is the ideal treatment protocol, that allows the concept of motion and allows the body shape to be perfect even in motion, thus making it the next best to what nature provides

Materials / method: Men and women who want to do body contouring. Exclusions are patients with large intrabdominal fat, women with large excess of loose skin in abdomen.
