Objectives: understand how to use the new material "e-PTEF coated" silicone implant in Asian rhinoplasty

Introduction: most rhinoplasty in Asian nose for cosmetic reason is low bridge height, the materials for dorsal augmentation could be autogenous, heterogenous tissue or alloplast.

Materials / method: using open method and following the structural rhinoplasty principle, we use cartilage graft for the nasal tip elongation and increase the projection. The dorsal height is increased with aesthetic improvement

Results: The infection rate of our series is low and acceptable

Conclusion: this new material could be an alternative choice in Asian rhinoplasty
