Objectives: To discuss two interesting and educative complication cases been recently uploaded to IMCAS alert platform.

Introduction: IMCAS alert serves as a very important and useful platform for physicians from all over the world to consult with peers regarding complication cases observed in their practices.
Some cases discussed are of high educative value and I found them worthwhile to be discussed in a bigger forum

Materials / method: Case 1 (Canada): Indentation after Dysport forehead injection
40 yo F, Fitzpatrick 3, healthy.
Patient noticed indent on forehead 6 days post Dysport .
Case 2: (USA)
57 years white woman with no relevant medical background.
Developed burning sensation after injection of the temporal region and the piriform fossa with a filler

Conclusion: Both cases will be discussed and possible solutions suggested
