Introduction: Cosmetogynecology seems to be easy to perform this field but around the world we notice not proper qualification for procedure specially noninvasive. How to qualify, how to be correct with ethical point of view in cosmetogynecolgy, who should perform those procedure? I want to summarize steps of qualification and proper treatment for proper indication.

Materials / method: Review of own experiences with patients after treatments who had not proper qualification and what complication or not satisfied result appear. Review of all procedures in plastic gynecology and steps which provide to correct treatment.

Results: EBD is abused. G point amplification with HA doesn't give a satisfactory result.
There is lack of qualification to surgery because very often doctors who provide treatment are not operator and doesn't cooperate with suitable doctor.

Conclusion: Cosmetogynecology shouldn't be "fashion" for doctors. It still part of medicine and is still helping our patient with satisfied result. Very common we observe overtreatment or not proper qualification for cosmetogynecology procedure which results in an unsatisfactory outcome.

Objectives: To learn about the efficacy and safety of single and multiple/ combination chemical peels on the private parts of the body.

To determine appropriate post- peel maintainance protocols for the private parts.

Introduction: There are numerous cases of darkening of the intertriginous parts of the body and both male or female patients seek their dermatologist’s help to solve and improve these conditions. There are numerous factors like Acanthosis nigricans, hereditary/ genetics,hormonal, medications and even obesity that contributes to the darkening of the private areas thus we want to be able to find good and safe single or combination peels that can address these concerns.

Materials / method: Soft thin brush,Clean transparent jar,Neutralizer,NSS
Combination peels.

Apply a thin application of chemical peel on intimate area. 1-3 coats are applied depending on clinician’s assessment of end point usually erythema and very light frosting before neutralization.
Mild topical steroids are applied after session to prevent irritation.
Sessions are repeated in a minimum of 2-4 weeks apart on each sessions 3-4 visits depending on patient’s satisfaction.

Results: Patients observed remarkable improvement on pigment lightening and texture on private areas treated immediately after first session and were likewise satisfied with succeeding 2-3 sessions of chemical peeling treatment.

Conclusion: Peeling of the intertriginous areas and private areas is one of the most challenging areas to deal with when it comes to whitening as it requires advanced dermpeels with good certified quality and safety to avoid causing more harm than good on suffering patients. Peels should offer great versatility that can be combined in a single session and over alternate sessions. Post peeling care is very important to achieve the ultimate goal of lightening too. It is not harmful if done correctly and performed on appropriate patients by trained and experienced dermatologists.
