Objectives: show my two ways to achieve permanent elimination of eccrine and apocrine sweat glands
Introduction: Axillary hyperhidrosis and osmidrosis affects 5% of the world population, being more frequent in the Asian population. Two of the ways to treat them definitively is through MNRF and through subdermal laser.
Materials / method: 194 patients treated with isolated axillary hyperhidrosis, isolated axillary osmidrosis, and both associated conditions between 2016 and 2023
Results: personal publication in EJPS journal with a 50% reduction in sweating in 80% of patients
Conclusion: Both RFMN and subdermal diode lasers effectively treat axillary hyperhidrosis and osmidrosis.
