Introduction: Knowledge of facial anatomy has been changing over the last 2 decades. This has provided us, the injectors with greater clarity terms of using injectables optimally to achieve a good aesthetic outcome. Also, as use of injectables increase, complications of injection are increasing. Anatomy of the vasculature in the face , safe areas and planes provide us with the armamentarium to safely navigate our way around in the face.

Materials / method: cadaver anatomy and clinical injection videos

Conclusion: cadaver anatomy dissections of the face, scientific publications on anatomical studies, and injection videos help us provide safely and effectively navigate the increasingly complex injections for our patients

Objectives: To Study the side effects of frequent use of HA fillers

Introduction: Harmony is The art or science concerned with the structure and combinations of chords, congruity of parts to their whole.For most harmony is about balance and not so much about perfection. While assessing a face we look at it relative to itself and the interaction of its features with each other. Human beings are programmed to gravity towards harmony because it convey good health.

Materials / method: Harmony in facial aesthetics is achieved when congruence is created by unveiling the resemblances of distinct parts. Ageing is a physiological consequence of natural alterations occurring in the underlying anatomical structures and all tissues play a role in this process therefore, there is no universal algorithm to reverse these changes in an ageing face. While predictable results can be achieved with the use of injectable fillers, inappropriate understanding or use of the same can result in a loss of aesthetic harmony.

Results: In the event of undesirable treatment outcomes or loss of facial harmony caused by the injudicious use of dermal fillers, early intervention is of crucial importance. Corrective strategies need to be implemented promptly, with the primary aim of restoring a natural and balanced appearance

Conclusion: Managing the loss of harmony as a consequence of filler treatment requires a multi-layered approach, including early intervention, correction strategies, prevention measures, and patient education.

Objectives: To define who drag queens are and acknowledge their growing popularity
To recognize drag queen's aesthetic needs and to plan treatment strategies on how we can address these needs.
To learn how to combine non-surgical/injectable treatments to transform and enhance facial features of drag queens.

Introduction: Drag queens are a unique subset of the LGBT community who perform exaggerated gender expressions for entertainment purposes. Usually they are male in terms of gender expression but will use make-up to transform into female expressions for performances. When treating drag queens, it is important that we preserve their "day-time" gender expression while enhancing their drag features when they transform with make-up.

Materials / method: In this lecture, assessment, and treatment strategies for drag patients will be presented. Videos of the techniques as well as before and after photos will be shown.

Results: Assessment is an important key in treating drag queens. This includes analysis of their facial morphology as well as being aware of their branding and identity in drag. We must learn how they apply their make-up, what particular looks they desire, and what facial features are of concern for them. Plan accordingly your treatment strategies. Non-surgical options can be a combination of toxin, fillers, threads and skin boosters.

Conclusion: Drag queens are a distinct subset of LBGT patients and their aesthetic needs are unique. Careful assessment is needed to recognize their brand, looks and needs, which is important to create a treatment strategy. The use of non-surgical injectable treatments is one of the best tools to help with their transformations.
