Objectives: Sub cutaneous Blepharoplasty and Eyelids reconstruction with alar and ear cartilage.

Introduction: This is a technic employed at Saint Louis Hospital University of Paris which allow to remove a huge quantity of skin from the inferior eyelids . Living the orbicular oculus muscle in its natural position. That’s give a better result.
The inferior eyelids reconstruction with alar cartilage and ear cartilage. Best approach in burn , oncologists, patients.

Materials / method: Sub cutaneous blepharoplasty :Since the early 90’, I followed this Paul Tessier technic adopted by Jean Marie Servant and myself .
Must be performed by a bold surgeon , as is need to evaluate the elasticity of tissues.

Reconstruction of inferior eyelids with alar and ear cartilage:
After study’s performed on the body at the legal institute of Paris. Fer au Moulin . The reconstructive technic was applied for burns, cancers, gangrene .

Results: Sub cutaneous blepharoplasty. Results are amazing, compare with the classical technic . Must be performed by shrewd surgeons to avoid complications, like ectropion, which is solved out always by a bold surgeon.

Inferior eyelids reconstruction by alar and ear cartilage is a cute approach, in many cases .

Conclusion: Sub-cutaneous blepharoplasty is a great approach, with amazing results in relationships to the normal technic.
Reconstruction of inferior eyelids with alar and ear cartilage, give a fantastic results.

Objectives: There are various options of implant placement in the buttocks - sub muscular, intra muscular and epi muscular - all with it's ones benefits and downside.
With the common downside of limited body contouring in the a-p view. In order to achieve filling of the hip dips and a mor hour-glass shape, all these techniques benefit from additional fat grafting. We demonstrate out approach in combined sub muscular implant buttock augmentation with fat grafting and the evolution over the years
