Objectives: 1. Complications of rhinoplasty can be considered as aesthetic, functional, or both.
2. Functional complications generally involve nasal obstruction after operation.
3. Aesthetic complications are more difficult to define.
4. Complications can be immediate problems or delayed deformities.
: Epistaxis, infection, septal hematoma
synechiae, flap necrosis,…
deformity ( pollybeak, open roof,inverted-V,…)
