Objectives: Выраженная результативность методики нитевого лифтинга у пациенток элегантного возраста с деформационным типом старения. The pronounced efficiency of outcomes the thread lifting method for the patients in elegant age with a deformatational type of aging.

Introduction: История и позиция нитевого лифтинга относительно других малоинвазивных косметологических методик. The history and position of the thread lifting method regarding other little-known minimally invasive procedures.

Materials / method: Группа возрастных пациенток старше 55 лет, у которых была проведена имплантация нитей Aptos Linea. Также в докладе приведены и отдаленные результаты работ ( 6 и более месяцев). A group of patients over the age of about 55 years old who had Aptos Lines threads ( implantation). The report also includes the long-term results ( 6 and more monthes).

Results: Более правильная Линия Оджи, формирование правильного овала лица, без выраженного опущения поверхностного нижнечелюстного пакета, улучшение структуры кожи и уменьшение проявлений возрастного дерматопороза. More correct Ogee curve and face shape without omission of mandibular fracture, the improvement of skin structure and reduction of age-relate dermatoporosis.

Conclusion: Нитевые методы с использованием нитей на основе полумолочной (75%) и капролака (25%), в данном случае использовался Aptos Linea, оказывают благоприятное омолаживающее действие на внешний облик пациенток с деформационным типом старения элегантного возраста. The thread lifting methods using threads based on polilactic acid (75%) and caprolac (25%) -(in this case Aptos Linea was used), wich have had a favarable effect on the appearuce of patient with deformational type of aging in elegant age.
