Objectives: To determine the results of combination of hyaluronic acid fillers and personalized skin care formulations. The patients with selected skin problems will be analyzed for the preparation of personalized skincare by Universkin™ as a basis for face augmentationusing saypha®HA fillers.
Introduction: Hyaluronic acid has been used for many years for soft tissue augmentation. As a result, improved skin hydration, collagen and elastin stimulation, and face volume restoration is observed. HA showed promising efficacy in skin tightness and elasticity, face rejuvenation, improving aesthetic scores, reducing the wrinkle scars, longevity, and tear trough rejuvenation. To achieve better results of mentioned procedures proper epidermis nutrition is necessary.
Materials / method: The patients qualified for hyaluronic acid injections together with personal skin care will be analysed. Detailed skin examination was determined before qualification due to composition of personalized care depending on the skin type (oily, dry, sensitive), some dermatological problems (acne, rosacea, seborrhoic dermatitis, and hyperpigmentation), oxidative stress, skin barrier disorders or sun induced injuries as well as estimation of HA correction.
Results: The results of combined treatment 6 weeks after procedures showed significant improvement not only face proportions but also skin structure, reduction of hyperpigmentations, erythema, sebum production as well as acne symptoms.
Conclusion: For the global long term skincare combination of saypha®HA fillers with personalized skincare by Universkin™seems to be reasonable.
