Objectives: Male aesthetic surgery is more challenging than operating on women. It is far too easy to leave a man with an "operated look" or a "feminized look".I do not perform the same operation on men as I do on women. Incisions are adjusted to the mans hairline and beard.
Male blepharoplasty is more challenging than a male facelift. I will discuss how to avoid round eye and feminization.
