Objectives: In recent years the rate of cases of mixed skin diseases increased,which makes the problem actual.Their clinical course and manifestations are changed,hardly fall under the traditional methods of treatment.Mixed skin diseases are characterized with chronic development,often recurrences and complications.
Objective of research was study of clinical peculiarities of mycotic infection and chronic dermatoses and development of curative and preventive measures.
Introduction: 148 patients from 17 to 75 were under investigation (78 females and 70 males) with 3-20 years of disease history.
Materials / method: In 17% patients had injury of nails caused both by lichen r.planus and tr.rubrum; 22% of this patients had elements of lichen planus in mucosal membrain;in 19.1% cases the patients had impairments of nails caused by lichen r.planus and candidal onychia-paronychia;in this patients nail disease was associated with candidal glossitis and stomatitis.
21.7% patients had psoriasis and rubuphytia. 21.1% suffered from eczema and dishydrotic forms of rubrophytia; 21.1% disease cause by trichophyton rubrum and yeasts.
Results: Proceeding from the course and length of the disease secondary immunodeficiency was revealed in 58% of patients,expressed by sharp deficiency of T-system,depressed of phagocyte activity of leukocytes,limitation of leukocytes blast transformation, 80% had disimmunoglobulinemia.
Conclusion: In cases of mixed mycosis and chronicle dermatosis the treatment was carried out deferentially with pathogenetic,specific and immunocorrective therapy combined with topical treatment.
